Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ceac PA-020-177 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cerberus-Pyotronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Century parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Charmilles product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cerberus-Pyotronics such as the 5801843212RMSPC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 813584520 manufactured by Century and we are pleased to be able to service most Century systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8525270320K by Manufacturer Charmilles as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Control-Gaging Brand 905308E52AA00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chore-time such as 46051 equipment made by Chore-time have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chore-time products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chore-time" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 750011242 made by Chessell as well as the popular AR2529 original spares produced by Chromalox

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23PLX1000 by Cgi and 46051 spares by Chore-time are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PA020196 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ceac.
