Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex DMR-300L-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Component-Side products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contraves parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Controls-Service product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Component-Side such as the 7487985013 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A2402E manufactured by Contraves and we are pleased to be able to service most Contraves systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACB11S20 by Manufacturer Controls-Service as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Comap-Cz Brand Inteligen200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Comtech such as TT1EAR2 equipment made by Comtech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comtech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comtech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A553BP45 made by Cool-line as well as the popular JS12250PF original spares produced by Copal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS1101R by Cognex and TT1EAR2 spares by Comtech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC069803 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Contraves.
