Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Compumotor OEM 83-93-MO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Conair products, including obsoleted and phased-out Constructor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Control-Techniques product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Conair such as the 108631 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S657HMA018 manufactured by Constructor and we are pleased to be able to service most Constructor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHM6300CBNS0000 by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 100C60KD10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Conair such as 300A0132 equipment made by Conair have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Conair products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Conair" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 145821081001 by Conedrive and 300A0132 spares by Conair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAX7541205B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Condor.
