Demag Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Demag DSM4 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Demag DSM4 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DSM4 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DSM4 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Duff-norton such as the KELAB00A07A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SR027 manufactured by Deublin and we are pleased to be able to service most Deublin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M1004585 by Manufacturer Duff-Norton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Duff-norton Brand LM180210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-Norton such as KGAAZ00D02BAA equipment made by Duff-Norton have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VF647R544 by Drivecon and KGAAZ00D02BAA spares by Duff-Norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
