Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ebm R2E140-AQ03-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electronic-Control-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eg--G parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eiko product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electronic-Control-Systems such as the 7820305220F30524 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 59011A manufactured by Eg--G and we are pleased to be able to service most Eg--G systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FFPC4101A by Manufacturer Eiko as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elan-Schmersal Brand Srbnarc39chi24v in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elasco such as LIC5 equipment made by Elasco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elasco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elasco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FC63FECC4 made by Electro as well as the popular C184UC original spares produced by Electrical-Aparatus

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7728062VB by Electra and LIC5 spares by Elasco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AC53774 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Edmund.
