Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Efector OAS-OOKG/US100/25M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fenwal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Escort-Memory-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 2051CD2A02A1AS5P8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 450f manufactured by Fenwal and we are pleased to be able to service most Fenwal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMS827 by Manufacturer Escort-Memory-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elap Brand PL231S2005K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Force-Control such as UMGZ0802kHOH equipment made by Force-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Force-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Force-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AC2007 made by Efector as well as the popular MR1000 original spares produced by Flowdata

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VUM800 by Electro and UMGZ0802kHOH spares by Force-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32293 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Encoder.
