Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Emerson PLC II 1580-4200 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKKD16220H4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKDH14616L105 manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RXD63B200 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Semikron Brand SKD16212 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Api-Controls such as PS33061R equipment made by Api-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Api-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Api-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R45HEAAR2NSNV00 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular SKBZ2814 original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC3629 by Control-Concepts and PS33061R spares by Api-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SAFT103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
