Exco Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Exco xce and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Exco xce include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the xce if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our xce repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ez-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Exfo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ez-Automation such as the EZ25SPRGA30V519DM14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLQ230B manufactured by Exfo and we are pleased to be able to service most Exfo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9190 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZ25S025030VV10DM16 by Ez-Automation and EZMR4L20CP spares by Ez-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
