Exergen Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Exergen AAM-1001 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Exergen AAM-1001 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AAM-1001 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
