Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Letourneau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Horton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the US31501T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 416636504 manufactured by Letourneau and we are pleased to be able to service most Letourneau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 820370 by Manufacturer Horton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Extron Brand 181T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Noregren such as RC9205N230 equipment made by Noregren have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Noregren products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Noregren" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ADAX304LL made by Hitachi as well as the popular C3S063V2F12 original spares produced by Parker
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASD24BA by Oriental and RC9205N230 spares by Noregren are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MM2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newport.
