Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fanuc A20B-3300-0602 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Plastrac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A9GTQFNB8M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Cont280 manufactured by Plastrac and we are pleased to be able to service most Plastrac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMT31091025380303 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kadant-Aes Brand D36182 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crt such as D15CM05A equipment made by Crt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DFC made by Magpowr as well as the popular AllenBradley2760RBA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EA7T10C10512B025 by Automation-Direct and D15CM05A spares by Crt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
