Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fis ZA/071832 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Flo-tronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the MT12W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 135178 manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L400E by Manufacturer Flo-tronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Foxboro Brand RTT20I1SNXFDL3M1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gems such as 4831436400 equipment made by Gems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 25872 made by Gems as well as the popular TGS0418 original spares produced by General-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS40004004 by General-Monitors and 4831436400 spares by Gems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
