Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji UG221H-LE4 system prog. ver 1.430 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aerotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Balluff product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aerotech such as the 1000DC105002100099 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 842A31NB manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BIS007K by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Otc-Daihen Brand WL00203B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromotion such as DS600 equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 600T made by Abb as well as the popular YS110001 original spares produced by Yokogawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT14728N4 by Matsushita and DS600 spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MA2463A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Anritsu.
