Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued General-Eastern products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Grafikontrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Eastern such as the D2SR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B0S14353 manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110v by Manufacturer Grafikontrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Giddings--Lewis Brand 5010470800 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gems such as QL946681 equipment made by Gems have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available M1302779 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular HHP original spares produced by Graco-Robotics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B283001 by Gould and QL946681 spares by Gems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
