Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gems 802323 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gleason products, including obsoleted and phased-out Greenco-Trac-Trol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 George-Kovacs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gleason such as the FESTOON spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS1540A manufactured by Greenco-Trac-Trol and we are pleased to be able to service most Greenco-Trac-Trol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P8218044BL by Manufacturer George-Kovacs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Georator Brand 30005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Geo such as 603543107 equipment made by Geo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Geo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Geo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4015746400 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular 3284B original spares produced by Haas

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 04501201001 by General-Atomics and 603543107 spares by Geo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 581540 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grecon.
