Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Speedtronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Peer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Triconex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Speedtronics such as the SP400A30RXMPP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS77506 manufactured by Peer and we are pleased to be able to service most Peer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4118 by Manufacturer Triconex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Snaptite Brand SVHC20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sankyo such as T244078 equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VF86FC1 made by Bonfiglioli as well as the popular SCXT original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTQM1932SS by Fenner and T244078 spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SUPER140H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
