We service and repair Hitachi REM-MAH and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Hitachi REM-MAH include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the REM-MAH if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our REM-MAH repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hmw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Holmes product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the TFOK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VTB153 manufactured by Hmw and we are pleased to be able to service most Hmw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HV2000 by Manufacturer Holmes as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hite Brand UCD35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hitachi such as 2Y0009254 equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 24110334 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 14507324002 original spares produced by Honeywell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SJ100015LFR by Hitachi and 2Y0009254 spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A12106CHNFSS6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hoffman.
