Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ifm OPU-FCKG/IO-LINK/AS-OPU204 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ifm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the KSS302VN0074MS3R140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JH300INVERTER manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IND3004DBPKGUS by Manufacturer Ifm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ifm Brand AC1253 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nipon such as E75 equipment made by Nipon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nipon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nipon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM7000 made by Ifm as well as the popular LWHS25 original spares produced by Iko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAD10XDBFRKGUS100 by Ifm and E75 spares by Nipon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RU10000I05L2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ifm.
