Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Infineon F4-400R12KS4_B2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ishida products, including obsoleted and phased-out Inventron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Jlem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ishida such as the P5532A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9200T1001EP3VIMX manufactured by Inventron and we are pleased to be able to service most Inventron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE156T01 by Manufacturer Jlem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Interface Brand 12CHANEL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Innovation-First such as 19000116 equipment made by Innovation-First have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Innovation-First products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Innovation-First" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 185984101L made by Itt as well as the popular 3300B original spares produced by Jamesbury

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HHED63B050R by Ite-siemens and 19000116 spares by Innovation-First are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Stepper Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Isel.
