Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Infineon FD1600-1200R7KF6C_B2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Intillunis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ingersoll-Rand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 John-S.-Barnes product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Intillunis such as the RMV29050 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3RLN manufactured by Ingersoll-Rand and we are pleased to be able to service most Ingersoll-Rand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 73481 by Manufacturer John-S.-Barnes as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Infranor Brand CD1pm in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Johnson such as 2726459 equipment made by Johnson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GI331022C323 made by Ivo as well as the popular 9397701 original spares produced by Intersoll-rand

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA320785E by Jersey-Machine and 2726459 spares by Johnson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE256T01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jlem.
