Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kasuga products, including obsoleted and phased-out K-Tron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Jungner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kasuga such as the KNH1207ES spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 290100048 manufactured by K-Tron and we are pleased to be able to service most K-Tron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSA600 by Manufacturer Jungner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jumo Brand EM1n2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jumo such as REL100 equipment made by Jumo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jumo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jumo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12128401 made by Kearney as well as the popular CCPC0039 original spares produced by Kawasaki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 570214930100 by Siemens and REL100 spares by Jumo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 68BM092HBX2R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
