Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kel-tech SS1245C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ekstrom-Carlson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the SGMGH13A2AYR12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM2C78 manufactured by Ekstrom-Carlson and we are pleased to be able to service most Ekstrom-Carlson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMS15XX22 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Emerson Brand SFE048215 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hydromatic such as SPGL200M22 equipment made by Hydromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hydromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hydromatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SBO014MCA made by Sterling as well as the popular SD5567 original spares produced by Mj-Tooling

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMG44V2A by Yaskawa and SPGL200M22 spares by Hydromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFJRFSUPERLINE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
