Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keyence SR-750HA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Komatsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mardon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the CT501L2ASON spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6741819220 manufactured by Komatsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Komatsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AG1A25 by Manufacturer Mardon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Leine--Linde Brand 71781002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lam-Research such as 853011053503ACHMFDR equipment made by Lam-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lam-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lam-Research" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 104640 made by Mateer-burt as well as the popular RK854300 original spares produced by Leuze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FU96 by Keyence and 853011053503ACHMFDR spares by Lam-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDLS1701 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze.
