Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen MMC-SD-2.0-230-D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Korenix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the PSR45A1120002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 74923042 manufactured by Krom and we are pleased to be able to service most Krom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JetNet370524V by Manufacturer Korenix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kpsr-Level-Transducers Brand 50051CA0A021329000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kone such as KM769900G13 equipment made by Kone have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 1306418399 made by Kuenle as well as the popular 035B original spares produced by Krauss-Maffei

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ServoStar606AS by Kollmorgen and KM769900G13 spares by Kone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KRW500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koyo.
