Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kone 100-00-00059-2904 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ilsemann product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711EKC14C6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2711PK6M5A manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 220VFDK311 by Manufacturer Ilsemann as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711PK10C4B2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Static-Control such as 1180S40332XX equipment made by Static-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Static-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Static-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1010BT made by Metra-Corporation as well as the popular 11001 original spares produced by Uticor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1201HH3E by Allen-Bradley and 1180S40332XX spares by Static-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711EK12C6L2X1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
