Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kunkle QC1005365-6021JH01-AM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lambda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Label-Aire parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lead-Screw product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lambda such as the PS1024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7465676 manufactured by Label-Aire and we are pleased to be able to service most Label-Aire systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R947 by Manufacturer Lead-Screw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lambda Brand LRS5015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lambda such as LGSFA24OVR equipment made by Lambda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lambda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lambda" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 550307702 made by Lantech as well as the popular SG3305D150PA4CHNZ original spares produced by Kuroda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LIS9I15 by Lambda and LGSFA24OVR spares by Lambda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F93420023 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leblond-Makino.
