Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Martek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lebow product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the CT501050MBH3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 18024 manufactured by Martek and we are pleased to be able to service most Martek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 160450 by Manufacturer Lebow as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Martek Brand 180211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Motion such as DS150Z218SU equipment made by Micro-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Motion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS722SE made by Lenze as well as the popular 3100d original spares produced by Mercoid
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 361072041358 by Micron and DS150Z218SU spares by Micro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 51962813 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leine--Linde.
