Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mhc--S parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Macro-Sensors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the 13078900B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 147000053 manufactured by Mhc--S and we are pleased to be able to service most Mhc--S systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSAR7503000 by Manufacturer Macro-Sensors as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mettler Brand TB600831020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leuze such as D8256 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TB600363E made by Mettler as well as the popular DS040H999SU original spares produced by Micro-Motion
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9108203113AS by Littell and D8256 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DCU5WG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lundahl-Instruments.
