Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lenze MCS 06F41-RS0P1-B11N-ST5800N-R08U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lier-Siegler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Leuze product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lier-Siegler such as the 80120181 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ModelNoC4D17FK6G manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DLS782E31 by Manufacturer Leuze as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Leuze Brand RK722200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Liebert such as 0980150600 equipment made by Liebert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Liebert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Liebert" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS112M1DP78011 made by Leroy-Somer as well as the popular RSL420L original spares produced by Leuze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0279222500 by Liebert and 0980150600 spares by Liebert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IGE0358072011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leybold.
