We service and repair Melec D-5400 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metso-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Met parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Melles product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation such as the 181508 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21211 manufactured by Met and we are pleased to be able to service most Met systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 042320G by Manufacturer Melles as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gerwah Brand 439850800056 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mercoid such as MPCJR equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JTHA1060000 made by Mettler as well as the popular GHJ1062AA original spares produced by Merlin-Gerin
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M700XSVPW by Mettler and MPCJR spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
