Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0850-0002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Minco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motorola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Msa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Minco such as the S100696PDY1811 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS3578SRF005WR manufactured by Motorola and we are pleased to be able to service most Motorola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSK30051371 by Manufacturer Msa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Montronix Brand TSAE2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Molex/woodhead such as 7R6A06A19A120 equipment made by Molex/woodhead have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Molex/woodhead products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Molex/woodhead" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PIX315PSIG420MA1242DCGA1 made by Moore as well as the popular GC30111 original spares produced by Nagano-Keiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EE51019440 by Namco and 7R6A06A19A120 spares by Molex/woodhead are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 92712000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics.
