Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan FIS-0850-0002 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nk-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nk-Technologies such as the APN60TMV120MOD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EE23018723 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE51092440 by Manufacturer Namco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Namco Brand EP18122080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minebea-Nmb such as PRFS20MP equipment made by Minebea-Nmb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minebea-Nmb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minebea-Nmb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EPM0110VD601V0 made by Mts as well as the popular LIT420MAB117AC original spares produced by Moore

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DT5TG1 by Nidec-shimpo and PRFS20MP spares by Minebea-Nmb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CVR6H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Myotoku.
