Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mooreindustries MDS/PRG/PRG/10-30DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Perception products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Noshok product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Perception such as the S0400X0041Y0056Z0115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F3SNA0622P25DH1S manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1006001127 by Manufacturer Noshok as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Omron Brand EESPY302 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ohmart such as PS63 equipment made by Ohmart have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPS4001B by Rosemount and PS63 spares by Ohmart are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RK184GDL4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rk.
