Morse Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Morse ED Series and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Morse ED Series include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ED Series if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ED Series repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the 325q140l15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CRD33140YMQ140 manufactured by Ohio and we are pleased to be able to service most Ohio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300Q56R60 by Manufacturer Morse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nord Brand 21EF180TC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Morse such as 30DVVX equipment made by Morse have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
