Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the CFF4TX22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSD083A1XX07 manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AT6400 by Manufacturer Parker as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Techno Brand KR5M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 6MB40001 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MGPM2530 made by Smc as well as the popular MPA03208 original spares produced by Parker
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the US31501T by Oriental and 6MB40001 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDQ2L32300DCMA73L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc.
