Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord SK-02050-56C0.5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mj-Tooling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mj-Tooling such as the SD7524 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Sk22100L40 manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA42TDT80K4 by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand SGMP02A312P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yasakawa such as SGML04AF13 equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available saf1854 made by Marbaise-Dortmund as well as the popular SGMSV10ADA6E original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGM04U314 by Yaskawa and SGML04AF13 spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGM02A314B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
