Omron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Omron Proface and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Omron Proface include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Proface if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Proface repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Optex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Optex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Optex such as the PT7LD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R88DKN04LML2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSLDH06G1M8 by Manufacturer Optex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Optex Brand CVS2N21RA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Optex such as NFDH83 equipment made by Optex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ZEQ222S made by Omron as well as the popular NFDH10 original spares produced by Optex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NFTH84 by Optex and NFDH83 spares by Optex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BA30TVS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optex.
