Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron Z4LA-L10&Z4LA-D1030 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Opcon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Samsung parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Opcon such as the 8160B1X1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 180060000100PC133S333542 manufactured by Samsung and we are pleased to be able to service most Samsung systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR306G000AADA by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Opto Brand SNAPB8M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ferrocontrol such as ORE256 equipment made by Ferrocontrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ferrocontrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ferrocontrol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ZNPD03ZNPDA11 made by Omron as well as the popular PrintmasterRH original spares produced by Open-Date-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SX78 by Oregon-Micro-Systems and ORE256 spares by Ferrocontrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 26523 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Orbotech.
