Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Perceptron S0400-X0075-Y0102-Z0215 / 917-3008 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reneshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Princo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 300S1AAE5M5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Si0004040FN4030033SR010A manufactured by Reneshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Reneshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L2610 by Manufacturer Princo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Scanmeg Brand MD24E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rohrback-Cosasco such as 701200 equipment made by Rohrback-Cosasco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rohrback-Cosasco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rohrback-Cosasco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RX494 made by Rosemount as well as the popular REVAC1SC106AC1 original spares produced by Scan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS9MS11A1A1A by Safety-Controls and 701200 spares by Rohrback-Cosasco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MVS2020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perkin-Elmer.
