Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Perceptron S0600-X0108-Y0117-Z0310 917-3012 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Revere products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pneumatic-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Photocraft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Revere such as the RLCD328T10MP1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA10603 manufactured by Pneumatic-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Pneumatic-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RGA60024 by Manufacturer Photocraft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Precise-Sensors Brand 11131000001G36106P10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 3900VP5117488 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCRPT100U made by Phoenix as well as the popular K43U036009HP31 original spares produced by Pyromation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 836ETD1EN9D4A by Rockwell and 3900VP5117488 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5150097H4967 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perceptron.
