Pfeiffer Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Pfeiffer TPS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Pfeiffer TPS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TPS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TPS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Port products, including obsoleted and phased-out Port parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ppm-Technologies product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Port such as the M423 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AD100 manufactured by Port and we are pleased to be able to service most Port systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CD30L121208 by Manufacturer Ppm-Technologies as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Port Brand UZS80CC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertron such as 100500 equipment made by Powertron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powertron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powertron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2711PK7C15A6 made by Pk as well as the popular MINIH24 original spares produced by Phytron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSX by Port and 100500 spares by Powertron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P841K055 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Physik-Instrument.
