Piab Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Piab MLD and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Piab MLD include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MLD if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MLD repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-One such as the B53518F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSDA0253080EB manufactured by Power-System and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-System systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 06150040 by Manufacturer Poweramp as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Powermation Brand 725NApu in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Precitec such as 4962500 equipment made by Precitec have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP77MLTE41 by Proface and 4962500 spares by Precitec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PFXSP5B10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface.
