Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the DG5S80AETMFWB20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RTC411TH manufactured by Vetter and we are pleased to be able to service most Vetter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XGL03B10 by Manufacturer Vickers as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Vexta Brand B2050D01ASCM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Videojet such as SAR06160 equipment made by Videojet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Videojet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Videojet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R375080 made by Videojet as well as the popular 4P350 original spares produced by Vibco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFA7D0585Z by Toshiba and SAR06160 spares by Videojet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
