Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Videojet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vexta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Videojet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Videojet such as the 370100P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PK596BUAPG36 manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R37508 by Manufacturer Videojet as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Vickers Brand DG4V356CMUB56O in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Marsh such as 29787 equipment made by Marsh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marsh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marsh" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EM2M55553 by Vic and 29787 spares by Marsh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS06300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers.
