Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Price A-566.181 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6GK73431EX300XE0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 405250010 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9065SF420 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sigma Brand 7AOZ2500GTCP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by C-P-Clare such as RP5229G1 equipment made by C-P-Clare have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire C-P-Clare products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "C-P-Clare" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SEL351 made by Sel as well as the popular 7JOX12000N2 original spares produced by Sigma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8L021200 by Coto-Technology and RP5229G1 spares by C-P-Clare are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MS25329D1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Struthers-Dunn.
