Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Renco RHS21D-P2-2000-1/4-6-CA144-LD-M5-P-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Revere products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rice-Lake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rs-Tech-Technologies-Pcb-Piezotronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Revere such as the 60668900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AA192536 manufactured by Rice-Lake and we are pleased to be able to service most Rice-Lake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 075104001013123100ISNF by Manufacturer Rs-Tech-Technologies-Pcb-Piezotronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sato Brand EETR700C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 3051S2TG2A equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 87245D14 made by Rotork as well as the popular 2750153211 original spares produced by Rexroth

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 09619600025 by Scott-Instrument and 3051S2TG2A spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1000HR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schaevitz.
