Rug Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Rug WaCo and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Rug WaCo include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the WaCo if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our WaCo repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rug WaCo parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:
Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Samick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schrader parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Schindler-Variodyn product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Samick such as the SAR15H700LD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FAC1080212400 manufactured by Schrader and we are pleased to be able to service most Schrader systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRVAB33 by Manufacturer Schindler-Variodyn as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Schneeberger Brand 342505A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saia-burgess such as PCD2M120 equipment made by Saia-burgess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saia-burgess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saia-burgess" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SAT728 made by Sartorious as well as the popular 68BM090BBAB8 original spares produced by Sanyo-Denki
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 41224U by Saia-Burgess and PCD2M120 spares by Saia-burgess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 470050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk.
