Rug Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Rug WaCo and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Rug WaCo include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the WaCo if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our WaCo repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Saftronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Saia-burgess product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Saftronics such as the 12MB796T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DRG8090AS manufactured by Schunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Schunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCD2M120 by Manufacturer Saia-burgess as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sartorious Brand BUAD00162 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Saftronics such as CIMRG3U21P5 equipment made by Saftronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Saftronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Saftronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CDU made by Samsung as well as the popular LXM23CU01M3X original spares produced by Schneider
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0756200 by Schiller and CIMRG3U21P5 spares by Saftronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 62BM100BXEW3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo-Denki.
