Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew WAF37 CMP71M/KY/RH1M/SM1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Shinkawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Shindengen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shinkawa such as the WKN142K22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X215711006 manufactured by Shinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVW24020G by Manufacturer Shindengen as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Shibaura Brand H0755780ZMS2A0B02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sharp such as JW38KB equipment made by Sharp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sharp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sharp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PDSDPbF made by Shinko as well as the popular CTCS535RE original spares produced by Shinko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40S1803DA010 by Sick and JW38KB spares by Sharp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VRSFLB9B50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shimpo.
