Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sigma 5JO-5000S-SIL / 5J0-5000S-SIL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Warrick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the LC1F265G7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2G1F02Z1E manufactured by Warrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Warrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1H2D0 by Manufacturer Warrick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Te-Connectivity Brand 7022AK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crydom such as C53TP50CH10 equipment made by Crydom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crydom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crydom" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1C1D0 made by Warrick as well as the popular 8903SP03 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7012PB by Te-Connectivity and C53TP50CH10 spares by Crydom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 212630 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pegasus-Corp..
